Q:How Often Is Tuition Due?
A: We have 8 terms throughout the year and tuition is due in advance of each term (Priority Deadline).  Before each term we send home a tuition payment reminder, post it on the bulletin board, and email.  Just include a check or credit card number and drop the payment in our handy drop box at the front desk.

Q: What Is the PRIORITY DEADLINE?
A:That is the date when tuition is due for Current Students. Current Students MUST pay tuition by this date to be guaranteed their current class spot for the next term (paying by PDD does not guarantee your new class time in the event you desire a change however it does give you priority over new students). This system exists to prevent overloading classes.

Q:When is the PRIORITY DEADLINE?
A:The last class day of your term, before each term begins (except term I (first of August) which is registered during July or a couple weeks prior the beginning of that term I).

Q :Why Does T.G.A. LLC. Refund Tuition After Your First Term If You're Not Pleased?
A: The real value in our programs can only be measured over the long run. However, kids learn on their own schedule and we know that if a child is not 'ready' for a particular program now, given time, he is likely to want to 'try again' at some future date. We also know that you will be less hesitant to 'give it another try' if you feel you have not wasted your money the first time around.

Q :Can I drop my child(ren) off for classes?
A: T.G.A. makes concerted effort to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the premises including the use of video surveillance. However, it is impossible to always distinguish an adult intent on abducting a child from a parent legitimately waiting for their child. T.G.A is NOT equipped to supervise children before or after classes. Parents of children who are unable to safely supervise themselves are to stay ON SITE during their child's class and be at appropriate pickup area when class ends. Thank you for helping facilitate safety for all children.

Q :Will you notify me to confirm my class choice?
A: No. Our practice is to phone only the few who do not receive their first class choice. To help you remember for which class you registered please keep a copy of your receipt.

Q :Why don't you phone Current Students to remind them that they missed the Priority Deadline?
A: Because it is not feasible. If you are concerned about forgetting the Priority Deadline, please consider our three payment alternatives: Pay in Advance, Credit Card on File, or ASF International (our auto billing company).

Q :What is the $30 annual Registration Fee for?
A: To encourage consistency in attendance over the year. The benefits of any educational program comes from long term involvement and our choice to charge an annual administrative fee rather than slightly increasing tuition over the year is to encourage consistency. It may help to remind readers that some industries such as martial arts and health clubs opt for yearly contracts while others such as academic schools and some dance schools opt for semester payments. Our 'soft' approach still allows in/out flexibility for those families who need it for one reason or another.

Q :Why are some Terms 7 weeks in length while other are 6, yet tuition remains level?
A: For the same reason it is not feasible for institutions to charge varying amounts for rents, mortgages or auto payments, even though the months range from 28-31 days. Depending on the year-to-year vagaries of the international calendar, holidays, numerous school systems, community sports programs and repair and maintenance needs, there remains 47 or 48 weeks to divide into 8 Terms averaging about 6.5 weeks in length. T.G.A calculates its yearly operational costs and spreads that out throughout the 8 Terms.
