Holy Name

The main focus of this class incorporates cheer, tumbling, and gymnastics together. In doing so the cheer leaders are rounding out skills and increasing their endurance and core body strength. Students work on all skill levels from basic to more advanced skills depending on their personal skill level. There is also a 10-15 minute conditioning program incorporated into the end of the class with series of jumps and motions. This helps to make them more aware of their body control, and makes sharp, crisp, and clean cheer motions, and technique.
