BUILDING STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE THAT IS CRUCIAL TO ALL SPORTS!!!


This class will be focused on the basic principles of Gymnastics for boys. This includes apparatus training, strength and endurance training, and stamina. You young athlete will learn everything from tumbling, to handstand presses, flexibility, tumbling, and build muscle and strength to perform some difficult skills. I recommend this class for any and all young men who play ANY sport!!! The benefit of Gymnastics carries itself well in all aspects of athletic activities.
